Removing an observation on the bonding section of summary, not the schedule of inspected items, does not auto tick when the detect is removed from the observation list. Observation list also randomly reorganises itself between deleting items

Right, I'm aware of this. It will be a soft limitation that I was planning to sort at some point. I'll add it to the list of things to do, as implementing the link between the two will require extensive testing.
For now, although not ideal, if you have an observation created in step 3 (for bonding, earthing, or something else), you will need to delete it in both step 2 and step 3 of the form.
As for the observation list in step 2 that randomly reorganises, that will be a visual glitch that I have to tackle as well. The order of the observations will always be in line with the order of observations present on the PDF report.
If any of the above impairs efficiency, please let me know and I will prioritise accordingly.
