Bulk sign isn't filling signature on that part, or possibly being removed when one of the autofills is applied

That's correct, just had a look at it and the signatures is removed when you apply one of the inspection checklist domestic snippet/reset button.
This now should be fixed and deployed. The signature will be preserved when using the snippets button.
