Potentially worth having this pre ticked and then changed if electrode selected? Keep not noticing it hasn't been ticked because it has a dash in the check box/ isn't too obvious. Maybe a flag before finalising that a data point has been left empty

This should now be deployed in the next release, with plans to expand to other certificate types, as currently it only targets the EICR.
