EICR schedules of inspection

Reduce the inspection list as per the new format.

Block users that are not registered with a third party certification scheme to print certificates

Implement a system that will check if the users is registered with NAPIT, NICEIC, STROMA, ELECSA and allow them to print certificates.

Max Zs in Part 11 uses Table 41.3 to automatically populate the cell regardless of what type of earthing system has been selected. Could it instead take into account whether a TN or TT system has been selected so it can adjust Max Zs values as necessary?

Minor Works certicates

Add certificate for minor works

Add EIC and Smoke detection certificates

Currently, there's only EICR certification available, add EIC and Smoke detection.

Improve PART 11A and 11B table autocomplete

Currently, there is no autocomplete or validation or Zs calculation. Can we add that?
